Calypso in the Summer of Soil, Sweden

We cultivate our olive grove with knowledge, thought and craftsmanship. Our philosophy is guided by tradition, quality and transparency while organic farming remains an imperative. We follow regenerative agricultural techniques that protect our soils and water resources, and we want to make our olive grove a regional beacon farm for sustainability.

Our grower, Pavlos Georgiadis, travelled to Sweden, to share knowledge and exchange experiences with other young people from all over the world at the Living Soil Forum of the Summer of Soil.
